About this subsection

The baking machine is the heart of the line but not the whole line. Before it there has to be batter of the right consistency and in the right quantity; after it, the folding of the product; and alongside it, a way of keeping the baking surface clean.

These three units are supplied both as part of a complete line and separately. The second case is more common: the line goes in, it works, and a few months later it becomes clear that an operator spends half a shift topping up the batter by hand, or that cleaning the disc by hand eats an hour a day.

The BALPE batter preparation system mixes, holds with stirring and feeds the batter automatically — one system can feed two lines. The Ukrainian-made folding conveyor folds into an envelope or rolls into a tube in two rows. The cleaning system removes carbon with brushes and a vacuum unit, without spreading dust through the workshop.

Comparison of the items in this section

The items solve different tasks, so comparing them for "which is better" makes no sense. This table answers a different question — which of them is yours:

ItemWhat it doesKey parametersWho it is for

The parameters are taken from the manufacturers’ technical catalogues. The exact configuration and output are selected for the customer’s product.

How we select the equipment

  1. The taskYou describe the product, the volume per shift and the space in the workshop. If the product does not exist yet, we discuss what it should be.
  2. CalculationAn engineer works out the output, chooses the units and the interchangeable tooling and checks the dimensions against the manufacturer's drawings.
  3. The offerYou receive the composition of the set, the specifications, the lead time and the price. If needed, several options for different budgets.
  4. ImplementationSupply, installation, commissioning on your own product, staff training — and service afterwards.

Why customers buy from us

The factories build the machines. We are responsible for making the equipment work on your product in your workshop — and for keeping it working. That is eight steps, and all of them are ours:

  1. Selection for your product
  2. Delivery
  3. Installation
  4. Commissioning
  5. Staff training
  6. Warranty
  7. Service
  8. Spare parts

Selection for your product

We calculate the configuration for your product, volume and premises.

Delivery and installation

Transport, positioning in the production room, setting up.

Commissioning

Bringing the equipment up to regime on your own product.

Staff training

We train operators and technologists, including tooling changes.

Spare parts and tooling

Original components, interchangeable units, dies and matrices.

Warranty and service

Warranty and post-warranty service across Ukraine.

Frequently asked questions

Can an existing line be completed with these?

Yes, that is exactly why these items are listed separately. The folding conveyor and the disc cleaning system are installed on a working line; the batter system is connected to the baking machines you already have.

One batter system for two lines — is that realistic?

Yes, the two-line configuration is provided for by the manufacturer. The limit is the total batter consumption: if both lines run at maximum, the capacity and output of the system have to be calculated for that duty.

Why a separate disc cleaning system?

Carbon changes the heat transfer and the pancakes start to burn unevenly. Cleaning a Ø3 metre disc by hand means stopping the line and dirty work that spreads soot through the workshop. A brush system with a vacuum unit does it quickly and cleanly.

Does the folding conveyor suit any pancake?

It folds into an envelope or rolls into a tube in two rows. The product size and the folding method have to be agreed in advance — the setting of the sections depends on them.

Not sure where to start?

Describe the task and our engineer will propose a solution and prepare a quotation. We need to know:

  • which line you already have;
  • what exactly has to be covered — batter, folding or cleaning;
  • how many pieces per hour the line delivers;
  • which product and which folding method.

If you do not have all the answers yet, send what you have. We will work out the rest in conversation.
