About this subsection
A rotating baking disc is the solution for one format in large volumes. Depositors pour the batter in several rows at a time, the disc makes one revolution, and in that time the product is baked. The pancake is then lifted onto a conveyor, filled and folded or rolled.
The disc diameter sets the output directly. Two Ø2 metre discs give up to 3,410 products an hour; two Ø3 metre discs give about 11,842, because five rows fit on the larger area instead of three. The diameter of the product itself changes by setting the depositors: the same line makes Ø200 mm pancakes and Ø80 mm drop scones.
Carbon always builds up on a disc and has to be removed. For both diameters there is an automatic cleaning system with brushes and a vacuum unit — it is not part of the line by default, but on a serial production it is needed.
Items in this section

Automatic round pancake line 2M
Two Ø2 m discs · up to 3,410 pcs/h · pancakes Ø200 mm and Ø80 mm.

Automatic round pancake line 3M
Two Ø3 m discs · about 11,842 pcs/h · five rows, rolled into tubes.
Comparison of the items in this section
The items solve different tasks, so comparing them for "which is better" makes no sense. This table answers a different question — which of them is yours:
| Item | What it does | Key parameters | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Line 2M | bakes round pancakes and drop scones | 2 discs Ø2 m · up to 3,410 pcs/h | medium volumes, a smaller area |
| Line 3M | the same in five rows | 2 discs Ø3 m · ≈11,842 pcs/h | large volumes, rolled into tubes |
The parameters are taken from the manufacturers’ technical catalogues. The exact configuration and output are selected for the customer’s product.

How we select the equipment
- The taskYou describe the product, the volume per shift and the space in the workshop. If the product does not exist yet, we discuss what it should be.
- CalculationAn engineer works out the output, chooses the units and the interchangeable tooling and checks the dimensions against the manufacturer's drawings.
- The offerYou receive the composition of the set, the specifications, the lead time and the price. If needed, several options for different budgets.
- ImplementationSupply, installation, commissioning on your own product, staff training — and service afterwards.
Why customers buy from us
The factories build the machines. We are responsible for making the equipment work on your product in your workshop — and for keeping it working. That is eight steps, and all of them are ours:
- Selection for your product
- Delivery
- Installation
- Commissioning
- Staff training
- Warranty
- Service
- Spare parts
Selection for your product
We calculate the configuration for your product, volume and premises.
Delivery and installation
Transport, positioning in the production room, setting up.
Commissioning
Bringing the equipment up to regime on your own product.
Staff training
We train operators and technologists, including tooling changes.
Spare parts and tooling
Original components, interchangeable units, dies and matrices.
Warranty and service
Warranty and post-warranty service across Ukraine.
Frequently asked questions
Which to choose — 2M or 3M?
The question is not the quality of the product but the volume and the area. The 3M line gives almost three times the 2M, but it also takes noticeably more room — a three-metre disc plus a service zone. If the workshop is tight, the 2M is often the only option.
Can products of different diameters be made?
Yes, the diameter changes by setting the depositors: one line makes both Ø200 mm pancakes and Ø80 mm drop scones. The maximum diameter is limited by the row pitch on the disc.
Are filling and folding part of the line?
In a complete line, yes: depositing, filling, folding and rolling. But the configuration is not fixed: you can take only the baking part if folding is already automated at your plant or is done by hand.
How often does the disc have to be cleaned?
It depends on the batter recipe and the intensity of work. There is one sign: the pancakes start to burn unevenly. On a serial production an automatic cleaning system is bought for this — cleaning a Ø3 metre disc by hand stops the line for a long time.
Not sure where to start?
Describe the task and our engineer will propose a solution and prepare a quotation. We need to know:
- which product and what diameter;
- how many pieces per hour you need;
- whether filling and folding are needed in the line;
- the area available for the line.
If you do not have all the answers yet, send what you have. We will work out the rest in conversation.
