We supply genuine spare parts for the equipment we represent in Ukraine. Fast-moving items are kept in stock; everything else is ordered directly from the manufacturing plant. A direct contract lets us order parts even for machines delivered ten to fifteen years ago.

What to include in your request
Model and serial number
Both are on the plate on the machine frame. With them the manufacturer identifies the exact part; without them selection drags on for weeks.
A photo of the unit
A shot of the part in place and on its own. That is often enough to identify it without stripping the machine down.
Product format — for dies
A die or insert is defined by the shape, size and weight of the product, not by a part name. Formats are selected for your product range.
Why parts are still available years later
We work with the manufacturing plants directly rather than through intermediaries, so we have access to archive documentation and can order a part for a machine that is no longer produced. Under our contracts, dies and consumables for lines delivered in the 2010s are still being ordered today.
