What to include in an enquiry
The same product can usually be made on several different process layouts, and they differ in output, floor area and budget. To get a concrete answer rather than a request for a full specification, it helps to state:
Product and its format
For example: 12 g dumpling, 18 g varenyk, Ø 40 cm crepe, 60 g spring roll. The format determines the die and the machine itself.
Required output
Kilograms or pieces per hour, and how many shifts per day. This is the main selection parameter.
The premises
Floor area, ceiling height, available electrical power. Ceiling height is critical for flour silos and spiral freezers.
What is already in place
Which stage already runs and which one has to be covered. Often a single machine added to an existing line is enough.
