The equipment in brief

Automatic brush system on wheels for removing burnt residue from the cooking discs of crêpe lines. It is placed where the batter depositor stands and connected to its electrical and pneumatic supply. During cleaning the particles and dust are drawn in by the built-in vacuum, so the work stays clean and the workshop is not contaminated.

Key advantages

A brush instead of a scraper

The carbon is removed by a brush following a program — not by an operator at the end of a shift, whose result varies.

No dust in the workshop

A built-in vacuum unit with a filter draws the particles in right at the cleaning zone.

It takes the depositor’s place

It connects to the electrical and pneumatic supply already on the line — no separate services are needed.

Adaptive cycles

Touch control lets you set different programs for different degrees of fouling.

Mobile

On castors: one system serves several lines.

Remote diagnostics

The factory connects through a modem — faults are found without a site visit.

Who this equipment is for

The system is needed where the pancake line runs continuously:

How it works

  1. InstallationThe system takes the place of the batter depositor and connects to the line supply.
  2. Starting the programThe operator selects the cycle on the touch screen.
  3. CleaningThe brush removes the carbon from the disc surface — 20 min for Ø2 m, 40 min for Ø3 m.
  4. Dust collectionThe built-in vacuum unit draws the particles into a filter.

Composition and design

Operating sequence: the operator places the system instead of the batter depositor, positions the cleaning arm on the cooking disc, selects the disc type (2 m / 3 m) and starts the cycle; completion is signalled by a sound.
