About this subsection
A tilting plate is the simplest and the most precise way to get a thin round product. A dose of batter is laid on a heated plate, the plate tilts, the batter spreads into an even circle and sets. The plate itself sets the diameter, so the product comes out identical from the first piece to the last.
There is one difference between the series, but it matters. The 1C series bakes on one side only — enough for pancakes that are filled afterwards and for sheets used for spring rolls. The 2C series adds a heated cylinder through which the product passes on its second side: that is how palacinke, brik and regag are baked, where both sides have to be browned.
Each series has seven models, differing in the number of plates and therefore in output. The machine works on its own or becomes the first unit of a complete line with filling and folding.
Items in this section

Tilting-plate machines — 2C series
Baked on both sides: plates plus a heated cylinder · seven models.
Comparison of the items in this section
The items solve different tasks, so comparing them for "which is better" makes no sense. This table answers a different question — which of them is yours:
| Item | What it does | Key parameters | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1C series | bakes on one side | Ø17.5–40 cm · 7 models | pancakes for filling, spring roll sheets |
| 2C series | bakes on both sides | plates + heated cylinder · 7 models | palacinke, brik, regag |
The parameters are taken from the manufacturers’ technical catalogues. The exact configuration and output are selected for the customer’s product.
How we select the equipment
- The taskYou describe the product, the volume per shift and the space in the workshop. If the product does not exist yet, we discuss what it should be.
- CalculationAn engineer works out the output, chooses the units and the interchangeable tooling and checks the dimensions against the manufacturer's drawings.
- The offerYou receive the composition of the set, the specifications, the lead time and the price. If needed, several options for different budgets.
- ImplementationSupply, installation, commissioning on your own product, staff training — and service afterwards.
Why customers buy from us
The factories build the machines. We are responsible for making the equipment work on your product in your workshop — and for keeping it working. That is eight steps, and all of them are ours:
- Selection for your product
- Delivery
- Installation
- Commissioning
- Staff training
- Warranty
- Service
- Spare parts
Selection for your product
We calculate the configuration for your product, volume and premises.
Delivery and installation
Transport, positioning in the production room, setting up.
Commissioning
Bringing the equipment up to regime on your own product.
Staff training
We train operators and technologists, including tooling changes.
Spare parts and tooling
Original components, interchangeable units, dies and matrices.
Warranty and service
Warranty and post-warranty service across Ukraine.
Frequently asked questions
How do I choose between the 1C and the 2C series?
By whether the second side of the product has to be browned. If the pancake is later rolled with the filling inside, only one side shows and the 1C is enough. If the product is eaten as it is and the second side shows, the 2C with its heated cylinder is needed.
Are these machines better than a baking disc?
Not better — different. Plates give an exact diameter across a wide range and suit very thin products. A disc gives higher output on one fixed format. If your range has several diameters, that is plates; if it is one format by the thousand, that is a disc.
Can the product diameter be changed?
Yes, within the 17.5–40 cm range — the exact values depend on the model and the tooling. It is precisely the wide range of diameters that is the main advantage of this group.
Does the machine work alone or does it need a line?
It can work alone: at the outlet you get finished pancakes, which are then filled and folded by hand. Or it can become the first unit of a line, followed by a folding and rolling conveyor.
Not sure where to start?
Describe the task and our engineer will propose a solution and prepare a quotation. We need to know:
- which product and what diameter;
- whether you need baking on one side or on both;
- how many pieces per hour;
- whether the machine will work alone or in a line.
If you do not have all the answers yet, send what you have. We will work out the rest in conversation.
