About this subsection

In the RSA series the product forms between two separate dough sheets: the lower sheet carries the filling, the upper one covers it and the seam runs around the whole perimeter. That gives a more even join than folding a single sheet, and a wider choice of formats — square and rectangular ravioli, round dumplings, half-moons and shaped products.

The main advantage of the series is the filling. It is fed by a PLA100 lobe pump as a continuous flow rather than in portions under pressure, so pieces of meat, cheese or vegetables keep their structure. For delicate fillings that is decisive: in a portion depositor they are ground into a paste.

Three configurations. The RSA250N line is the junior step, up to 300 kg/h. The RSA540 of six items gives up to 700 kg/h and returns the shredded sheet to the sheeter. The multi-station complex with a GR.IM.2000 continuous mixer and a NAV-4 shuttle system reaches 2800 kg/h in the four-station configuration.

Comparison of the items in this section

The items solve different tasks, so comparing them for "which is better" makes no sense. This table answers a different question — which of them is yours:

ItemWhat it doesKey parametersWho it is for
RSA250Nforms between two sheetsup to 300 kg/h · 2 × 250 mm · 22 kWdelicate fillings, smaller volumes
RSA540the same, closed dough loopup to 700 kg/h · 2 × 540 mm · 29 kWvareniki and ravioli by the tonne
RSA540 · 4 stationsparallel stations, NAV-4 shuttleup to 2800 kg/h · 3–5 stationsfactory scale

The parameters are taken from the manufacturers’ technical catalogues. The exact configuration and output are selected for the customer’s product.

How we select the equipment

  1. The taskYou describe the product, the volume per shift and the space in the workshop. If the product does not exist yet, we discuss what it should be.
  2. CalculationAn engineer works out the output, chooses the units and the interchangeable tooling and checks the dimensions against the manufacturer's drawings.
  3. The offerYou receive the composition of the set, the specifications, the lead time and the price. If needed, several options for different budgets.
  4. ImplementationSupply, installation, commissioning on your own product, staff training — and service afterwards.

Why customers buy from us

The factories build the machines. We are responsible for making the equipment work on your product in your workshop — and for keeping it working. That is eight steps, and all of them are ours:

  1. Selection for your product
  2. Delivery
  3. Installation
  4. Commissioning
  5. Staff training
  6. Warranty
  7. Service
  8. Spare parts

Selection for your product

We calculate the configuration for your product, volume and premises.

Delivery and installation

Transport, positioning in the production room, setting up.

Commissioning

Bringing the equipment up to regime on your own product.

Staff training

We train operators and technologists, including tooling changes.

Spare parts and tooling

Original components, interchangeable units, dies and matrices.

Warranty and service

Warranty and post-warranty service across Ukraine.

Frequently asked questions

Why two sheets if one is simpler?

Because of the filling and the seam. A lobe pump feeds the filling continuously between the sheets, so the pieces are not ground down — which matters for meat, cheese and vegetable fillings. And the seam runs around the whole perimeter between two sheets rather than along the fold of one.

Which product formats are available?

Square and rectangular ravioli, round dumplings, half-moons and shaped products — the format is set by the die. One die comes with the forming machine, the rest are made to order.

What happens to the unused sheet?

On the RSA540 and the multi-station lines a shredder cuts it up and the return system sends the dough back to the sheeter — the line runs with virtually no waste. On the RSA250N line a return system is not provided.

Can the line be taken without a dough mixer?

Yes. A receiving hopper is fitted to the sheeter, sized for discharge from your existing mixer. That makes sense when a mixer is already there and has enough output.

Not sure where to start?

Describe the task and our engineer will propose a solution and prepare a quotation. We need to know:

  • which product and at what weight;
  • which filling — chunky or smooth;
  • how many kilograms or tonnes per shift;
  • whether you already have mixing equipment.

If you do not have all the answers yet, send what you have. We will work out the rest in conversation.
