The equipment in brief

Trolley (tunnel) type shock freezing chamber for freezing fresh pelmeni, crepes and other semi-finished products on trays. Freezing from +20 °C to −18 °C in one hour at −40 °C operating temperature, hot-gas defrosting. Holds 6 trolleys for 800×800 mm trays (20 levels each); 100 mm high-density polyurethane insulation, stainless steel interior, remote refrigeration unit up to 15 m.

Key advantages

The trolley rolls in — that is all

The goods are frozen on the same trays they left the line on. No transferring, no damaged products.

An hour from the workshop to −18 °C

Ice crystals have no time to grow — after thawing the dumpling neither leaks nor loses its shape.

Two through doors

Loading at the front, unloading at the back. The flow runs one way and clean does not cross dirty.

Hot gas defrosting

The frost is removed quickly and the cabinet returns to work without a hand scraper.

100 mm insulation

High-density polyurethane, pressure injected — the cold does not escape into the workshop and the electricity bill does not grow.

The refrigeration unit at a distance

The 70 hp compressor group can be placed up to 15 m away — noise and heat stay out of the workshop. The connecting pipes are included.

Who this equipment is for

A trolley cabinet is installed where the product is already on trays:

How it works

  1. LoadingTrolleys with trays roll into the cabinet through the front doors.
  2. FreezingAir at −40 °C takes the product from +20 to −18 °C in an hour.
  3. UnloadingThe trolleys leave through the rear doors — into the packing area.
  4. DefrostingHot gas clears the frost from the evaporator before the next cycle.
