The equipment in brief

A complete bulk flour handling system: intake from a flour tanker or from bags, storage in silos, pneumatic conveying across the workshop, in-line sifting and metal detection, and weight dosing directly into the dough mixers. Besides flour the system handles sugar and other bulk ingredients.

Key advantages

Bags disappear from the workshop

And with them the handlers, the trolleys, the storage floor and the packaging waste. That is the biggest saving in the whole system.

Weight instead of counting bags

Dosing is checked by a weighing instrument. The recipe stops depending on how full a bag happens to be.

Sifting on the way

A vibrating sifter and a magnetic separator sit in the pneumatic line — the flour is cleaned while it is being fed to the mixer, not in a separate operation.

The accounting runs itself

The PLC counts what was received, what is left in the silos and what is consumed per day. A shortfall shows the same day rather than at the end of the month.

Installation inside a working workshop

Trevira® fabric silos are carried in without special assembly openings — production does not stop.

Not only flour

The system handles sugar and other bulk ingredients — one infrastructure for all the raw material.

Who this equipment is for

Bulk storage pays for itself where a lot of flour is used every day:

How it works

  1. IntakeFrom a flour tanker through loading pipes, or from bags through a bag tipper.
  2. StorageSilos inside or outside the workshop: Trevira® fabric, ESA stainless steel panel, steel, fibreglass.
  3. ConveyingPneumatic conveying under pressure or vacuum through AISI 304 pipes.
  4. CleaningA vibrating sifter and a magnetic separator to catch metal — right in the line.
  5. DosingWeighing hoppers and electronic scales discharge the flour straight into the mixer.
  6. AccountingA PLC with a touch panel tracks stock and consumption; remote service access is available.

Not sure which configuration you need?

The system is engineered for your workshop. Tell us:

  • how much flour you use per day;
  • how many dough mixers have to be fed;
  • where the silos can stand — inside or outside;
  • the distance from the intake point to the workshop.

Our engineer will propose the right configuration and prepare a quotation.
