The equipment in brief

A continuous horizontal packaging machine — a flow pack. It packs a discrete product into a pillow bag from a reel of film: pancakes and crêpes, snacks, bakery products, semi-finished products. The Ukrainian offer was prepared specifically for a pancake line.

Key advantages

Speed to match your pace

The output is adjustable from zero to one hundred packs per minute — the machine adapts to the line rather than the other way round.

A format change is a recipe call

The settings are stored in memory. Switching to another item does not mean re-setting the machine by eye.

Temperature under electronic control

Thermoregulators on the sealing jaws signal even the smallest deviation — the seal does not drift mid-shift.

Any heat-sealable film

Polypropylene, plain and composite laminates — the choice of material stays with you.

The print lands square

Optional registration control: a photocell reads the mark and the PLC stops the film so the cut and the seal fall between the images.

A version for a wet workshop

In the stainless version the frame, casings and fixings are stainless — the machine can be washed often.
