The equipment in brief
The F1000 erects cardboard cases from flat blanks and feeds them on for the bottom to be taped. The machine takes out of the line the manual operation that limits the packing speed: the operator only refills the blank magazine, the machine does the rest.

Erecting cases by hand limits the whole line. Here the operator only refills the magazine.
A magazine for 110–120 blanks
One loading means more than a hundred cases. Nobody has to stand at the machine continuously.
Vacuum cups hold the shape
The case opens and is held open until it passes to bottom sealing — with no skewing.
It works off a photocell
Automatic start and stop: the machine erects a case when one is needed downstream, not "just in case".
A choice of PLC
The catalogue offers Siemens, Omron, Schneider or Allen-Bradley. You can choose what you already run on site.
A guarded working zone
Upper and lower guarding, bellows protection on the magazine side, IP54.
