The equipment in brief
An automatic machine that closes the top flaps of the case itself and tapes the seam. Unlike a semi-automatic machine, the operator does not fold the flaps by hand — the case simply enters closed at the bottom and comes out taped.

Key advantages
The flaps close themselves
That is the key difference from a semi-automatic: nobody touches the case at all.
Four versions for different tasks
F470 and F470G take cases up to 600 mm, F470S has a short 1500 mm base for a tight workshop, HS runs up to 1800 cases/h.
Headroom in case height
Up to 650 mm — it takes the tall cases a semi-automatic can no longer handle.
42 metres a minute in the HS version
Twice the standard 22 m/min — for when the packing line is running at its limit.
A closed safety envelope
Side guarding with access doors, a 940 mm infeed guard, upper guarding and belt protection.
Shared Gem series spare parts
The same T22 and T23 sealing heads as on the rest of the series.
