The equipment in brief

The V500 forms the bag from a flat reel of film and packs the product into it. The machine was ordered for packing pasta nests, but the principle is wider: it takes any product that fits into the receiving bowl, one piece at a time or several pieces at once.

Key advantages

The bag is made on the spot

The machine forms it from a reel. That is cheaper than ready-made bags and removes the dependence on their supplier.

Tipping feed

The product enters the receiving bowl and is tipped into the bag — singly or several pieces at a time.

Stainless steel where it touches the product

Casings and contact parts are AISI 304; the frame is powder epoxy coated.

The seal under electronic control

Thermoregulators on the sealing bars with alarms catch the smallest temperature deviation.

Cutting with a toothed knife

High-speed steel, linear travel on ground stainless rods Ø 25 mm — the cut is clean and repeatable.

Self-check at every start

Touch panel, recipe memory and diagnostics — the operator sees a problem before the film is spoiled.

Temperature control	electronic controllers on the sealing bars with alarms; they catch even the smallest deviation
Film brake	electronic: an electric motor and tension sensors with adjustment
Control	colour touch panel; memory of setting recipes; self-check of the machine at every start with the alarms shown on the screen
Safety	protective guards; conformity to the current CE directives with a full set of documents
