The equipment in brief

The GEM B52 closes and tapes the bottom flaps of a cardboard case. It is placed directly after the case erector: in the manufacturer’s offer it is marked as required for work with the F1000, F2000 and F2008 erectors.

A belt speed of 22 m/min — the machine does not become the bottleneck after the erector.

The lightest of the pair

85 kg and a footprint of 900 × 880 × 750 mm: it stands right against the erector and takes almost no floor.

Adjustable tape tension

The tape lies without wrinkles and does not tear on start-up — a small thing that decides whether the line stops.

Two overlap configurations

T22 gives 50 mm, T23 gives 75 mm. The choice depends on the weight of the case and how it will be handled.

Easy reel change

Outer diameter up to 360 mm — fewer stops for reloading.
