The equipment in brief
The bag tipper is the way into a bulk system for flour that arrives in bags. With it, bagged supply is turned into a bulk system of storage and conveying across the plant: the bulk product is emptied from the bag into the receiving hopper of the unit, and from there it travels to the silo with no further human handling.

How it works
- Bag into the hopperThe bulk product is emptied from the bag into the receiving hopper.
- Choice of layoutRotary airlock feeder, flexible screw or vibrating bottom, depending on the version.
- Feeding the siloBy pressure, by vacuum or by screw, the flour reaches the storage silo.
- From there as in any bulk systemStorage, in-line sifting, weight dosing into the mixer.
Three versions
- With a rotary airlock feeder and a compressor — air is supplied under pressure and the flour is conveyed into the silo by pressure.
- With a flexible screw — mechanical feeding into the silo, without pneumatics.
- With a vibrating bottom and an adjustable sliding rubber sleeve — conveying into the silo under vacuum.
In every version the receiving hopper can have a maximum capacity of up to 700 kg.
